Connectors, Skills & Plugins for Claude Cowork
Claude Cowork has three kinds of add-on. Connectors link Claude to apps like Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack or DocuSign. Skills teach it procedures. Plugins bundle both, plus sub-agents, for a role. The catalogues change weekly, so instead of copying a list that goes stale, this page points to the official directories and explains how to judge what you add.
The earlier version was a hand-maintained "verified integrations" list for a workspace product that doesn't exist. Everything below comes from Anthropic's Help Center and docs.

Before you add something
- Prefer Anthropic and partner entries. Third-party plugins can bundle local MCP servers that run with your permissions.
- Check what it can write, not just what it reads. Write tools (send, delete, create) are where mistakes and prompt injection do damage.
- Set per-tool permissions to "Needs approval" or "Blocked" for anything consequential, and use Manual mode for new connectors (modes).
- Turn off what a task doesn't need. Connectors use a lot of tokens and count against your usage limit.
