Grok Bot for Teams & Enterprise
On Cursor Teams, Grok Bot is on by default for every member, and usage follows each seat's allowance. On Enterprise, an admin has to switch it on, and gets the controls that make it reviewable: enforced Auto-review, network allowlists, action recording and audit streaming.
Enabling it
- Teams: no action needed. Every member has access.
- Enterprise: admin dashboard → Grok Bot page → Enable Grok Bot for your team. Then grant access to everyone or to specific groups with Manage Group Access. SCIM provisioning through your identity provider is supported.

Connectors and sharing
- Grok Bot inherits the team's Cursor connector policy. Blocked connectors show "Disabled by team admin".
- Bots can be shared as templates via Public link or Team-only. Enterprise starts with public sharing off. A recipient gets a copy of the Bot's profile and settings, not your computer, logins or conversation history.
A sensible rollout
- Pilot with a small group through Manage Group Access. Enforce Auto-review and Team Allowlist from day one.
- Publish two or three reviewed Team-only Bot templates (for example inbox triage and weekly report) so people start from vetted descriptions.
- Wire audit logs and action recording into your SIEM before widening access.
- Write a one-page policy covering which accounts Bots may be logged into. Every Bot on a member's account shares those logins.
